Most coaching programs treat people, hiring, and retention as one module inside a twelve-month sales-and-profit program. You'd most likely start in Tier 3 — the Circuit Breaker Program. It's a 4-week intensive designed to install the Owner's Operating System and pull you out of firefighting mode. If you're already past the chaos stage and want an ongoing retainer, Tier 2 (Momentum Program) is built for $3M–$7M. The HTR Diagnostic will confirm in 5 minutes.
Because we don't run one-off training. Every Tier 2 engagement is backed by the 30-60-90 Day Accountability Framework — implementation targets at day 30, owner coaching check-in at day 60, and site lead adoption review at day 90. Training becomes an investment with measurable follow-through, not a one-day motivational hit that's forgotten by Monday.
All three tiers include on-site delivery. Tier 3 is an on-site intensive. Tier 2 includes quarterly on-site Team Development Days. Tier 1 is fully integrated into your business with on-site presence, fortnightly coaching, and monthly workshops. Community of Practice access via video fills the gaps between visits.
