How is this different from a regular business coach?

Most coaching programs treat people, hiring, and retention as one module inside a twelve-month sales-and-profit program. Momentum is the only offering in Australia where Hiring, Training, and Retaining is the entire program — built specifically for trades businesses by revenue stage, delivered on-site, and backed by proprietary tools like our LNA, Culture Diagnostic, and Behavioural Profiling.

My business is doing $2m - which program is right for me?

You'd most likely start in Tier 3 — the Circuit Breaker Program. It's a 4-week intensive designed to install the Owner's Operating System and pull you out of firefighting mode. If you're already past the chaos stage and want an ongoing retainer, Tier 2 (Momentum Program) is built for $3M–$7M. The HTR Diagnostic will confirm in 5 minutes.

I've done training days before and nothing stuck. Why is this different?

Because we don't run one-off training. Every Tier 2 engagement is backed by the 30-60-90 Day Accountability Framework — implementation targets at day 30, owner coaching check-in at day 60, and site lead adoption review at day 90. Training becomes an investment with measurable follow-through, not a one-day motivational hit that's forgotten by Monday.

Do you actually come on-site or is this all on Zoom?

All three tiers include on-site delivery. Tier 3 is an on-site intensive. Tier 2 includes quarterly on-site Team Development Days. Tier 1 is fully integrated into your business with on-site presence, fortnightly coaching, and monthly workshops. Community of Practice access via video fills the gaps between visits.

What's the Holiday test?

It's the proof point at the heart of our Tier 1 Category of One Program: a four-week completely unplugged holiday during which your business not only survives — it performs. If your business can't do that, it isn't exit-ready. The entire Tier 1 engagement is engineered to produce that outcome.

Can we cancel if it's not working?

Tier 3 is a one-time investment with no ongoing lock-in, results are delivered within 4 weeks. Tiers 1 and 2 are ongoing retainers that can be cancelled with notice. We'd rather have a business owner who's getting real value than one who feels trapped.

What happens when I complete the diagnostic?

You enter your details, work through the questions, and you immediately recieve a prioritsed action list based on your revenue stage with some free resources to get you started. If the results suggest that we could help, you can either book a free discovery call there and then or we'll offer a no-obligation call to talk it through. if the results suggest that we're not the right fit for your business, we'll say so.
